With a strong background in leading development teams and a deep footprint in the Bangladesh IT sector, Ronald drives the studio’s operational efficiency, client partnerships, and strategic scaling.

He understands that enterprise clients aren't just looking to outsource code—they are looking for reliable execution and seamless operational integration. Ronald ensures that EnKaizen operates as a true extension of our clients' teams, optimizing workflows and ensuring our technical delivery maps perfectly to their business constraints and growth targets.

Shahriar brings over a decade of deep expertise in software development and enterprise architecture to EnKaizen. Having architected complex systems in highly regulated, data-intensive sectors like the healthcare software industry, he specializes in building resilient data stacks, managing complex cloud migrations (including Azure and MongoDB), and deploying deterministic AI at the system design level.

As a seasoned technology executive with previous experience founding software service businesses, Shahriar approaches engineering with a highly pragmatic lens. He architects systems for scale while ensuring the engineering team remains focused on what actually drives enterprise value—eliminating technical debt before it starts and delivering bulletproof infrastructure.
